Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Appointment Time
We make every effort to see each patient on time. In order for this to happen, we ask for your help with the following:
- Make sure you are in the office at your appointment time. If you are late, we will seat you when possible so that we do not disrupt other appointments.
- Please phone us prior to your appointment if you have a broken bracket or appliance – if not, we may not be able to replace it the same day.
- If you arrive early, please be patient and we will attempt to work you in; however, you may have to wait for your scheduled appointment time.
